Staff at the century-old Cornwall Arms have reported several encounters with the touchy-feely phantom.
Lisa Potter claims to have been spooked several times since taking over the pub six months ago with husband Craig.
"It goes very cold and then it feels as if someone is brushing up against you and touching your bottom," the 28-year-old told The Sun newspaper.
The couple have called in local medium Gayle Force, 52, who claims the pest is a former chef.

Russian scientists at the Novosibirsk Institute of Medicine are claiming a beating on the naked buttocks with a cane is the perfect way to cure everything from depression to alcoholism.
The researchers say caning releases endorphins, the body's natural 'happy chemicals', and that leads to feelings of euphoria, a reduction of appetite, the release of sex hormones and an enhancement of the immune response, and they have a similar effect on pain as drugs such as morphine and codeine, but do not lead to addiction or dependence.
Biologist Dr Sergei Speransky who led the research claims corporal punishment, similar to that doled out regularly in British schools in the last century, helps people overcome addiction and depression. Chatigny ruled in favor of New York-based American Home Insurance Co. which had been asked to pay civil damages resulting from an alleged spanking at the hands of former Ansonia attorney Milo J. Altschuler . A client accused Altschuler of spanking her in 1991 , in an attempt to get her to stop fidgeting before her testimony in a breach of peace case, The Connecticut Law Tribune reported Monday . The Derby woman claimed that Altschuler told her he needed to swat her so that the judge wouldn't think she was lying . The woman, who was 22 at the time of the incident , claimed that Altschuler removed her panties and stockings , took her across his knee , and repeatedly slapped her buttocks . When questioned by police , Altschuler denied the assault , but acknowledged that he had threatened to spank his client if she gave wrong answers to questions he asked while preparing her to testify . He said he had used such threats in representing more than a dozen other clients , the paper reported . Similar allegations were brought against Altschuler by another client , and in 1992 , the lawyer pleaded no contest to two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and received a suspended sentence and three years of probation. Altschuler declined to comment when contacted Monday by The Associated Press . The woman and Altschuler settled for $250,000 in 1999, but because Altschuler was essentially broke , the woman attempted to collect the money from American Home . Under the April 2 ruling, the company will not have to pay . The victim's lawyer, Michael Hillis of New Haven, did not return a phone call seeking comment . SALISBURY , Md., Aug . 18--An Easton woman who says lawyer George J. Goldsborough Jr. spanked her , repeatedly, sometimes on her bare bottom, described the silver-haired lawyer today as a kind of father figure at the time, and herself as his confused secretary , terrified of losing her job .
" If I continue to make stupid, no-brainer mistakes . . . I will have to be turned over Mr. Goldsborough's knee and spanked , " Sandi Schisler said , reading on the witness stand today from a statement she said Goldsborough made her write after she made errors on the job. The statement included a promise that " I will not be wearing my jumpsuit " when Goldsborough spanked her .
Schisler's testimony came before a Wicomico County Circuit Court judge who is hearing unprecedented disciplinary charges against Goldsborough , a prominent Easton lawyer , based on allegations that he spanked Schisler repeatedly , spanked a woman client twice and kissed another woman client . The civil charges against Goldsborough represent the first time a Maryland lawyer has faced possible disbarment for alleged sexual harassment of women .
Goldsborough , 67 , denies the charges , acknowledging only a single spanking of Schisler , which he said yesterday she requested and consented to .
Since the Attorney Grievance Commission filed its disciplinary petition in June , other women have come forward with similar allegations , according to sources close to the case . But Circuit Judge D. William Simpson barred John C. Broderick , assistant bar counsel , from making additional charges beyond those made by the three women in the petition .
William G. Duvall, Goldsborough's attorney , told the judge that lawyers for the grievance commission have " the burden of proving that those allegations are true and that they constitute misconduct " under Maryland's disciplinary rules for lawyers . Goldsborough's lawyers have said the alleged spankings " do not have anything to do with " the practice of law and do not constitute a violation of the professional rules .
Addressing a hushed courtroom today , Schisler tried to explain how she could submit to repeated spankings from Goldsborough .
" I was young and wanted to do well. I needed a job I could go to after school . If I wanted to be a secretary I thought that's what I have to do , " said Schisler, who was 17 when the spankings allegedly took place in 1986 and 1987 . The spankings took place " once a week , sometimes more , sometimes it might not be for a couple of weeks , " she said ; it depended on " the amount of mistakes I would make in my dictation and other work . " She said he made her his exclusive secretary for private , closed-door dictation sessions , even though she made many mistakes and was only a high-school work-study student , with two years of dictation training .
She said she obtained therapy at the advice of Goldsborough's wife , Julie, who came to her in 1987 and confronted her with the spanking allegations . " We talked and cried and we decided I would leave , " said Schisler , who recalled that Julie Goldsborough told her she'd learned of the situation from an anonymous caller .
When Goldsborough took the stand , he said Schisler had requested the one spanking he administered .

Peggy Porter pointed to the places on her face where she said Goldsborough kissed her in 1984 in his office , as she cried over her divorce . Duvall had questioned her about her apparently conflicting statements about the number of kisses . " It was whatever it takes to get from here to here , " she said , pointing to her neck and the top of her eye .
Goldsborough denied spanking Sweitzer . Asked whether he kissed Porter , he said , " If she said I consoled her in some manner , I'm certain I did . "

John Tullius, a 23-year-old teacher, doubles as the Bomber - a pitchman for a
local Tex-Mex joint - at the University of Texas at El Paso's basketball
games. While the university band plays "La Bamba," Tullius sports a
sombrero with donkey ears, prances around the court and tosses steaming
burritos into the cheering crowd.
At a game against the University of Nevada on Jan. 15, Tullius, succumbing to
enthusiasm, ran onto the floor just before halftime, spanked the referee and
gave him a thumbs-down. He lobbed a few more burritos into the stands before
returning to the ref for one more whack.
The official was not amused, and neither was the university. Tullius was
ejected and dealt a one-game suspension.
Tullius's ejection was a marketing opportunity that Delicious Mexican
Eateries, the burrito maker, couldn't pass up. Two days later, at a game
against Fresno State, hungry fans in Burrito Bomber sombreros waved signs
reading "Free the Burrito Man." Tullius sat in a makeshift cage on
the sidelines, egging on spectators.
At the next home game on Thursday, a mariachi band is set to play, and Tullius
will return in a flashy new uniform, said Ray Borrego, one of the restaurant's
owners.
"You have to be kind of creative and utilize as much of your 15 minutes

Here, exclusively for Weekly World News readers is Danielle's chilling (!) account of her horrific ordeal.
"For the love of Allah please stop! Please don't whip me again!" Tears streaming down my cheeks, my voice quaking in craven terror, I let out that pitiful cry as the Saudi guard raised the bamboo whip-cane high above his head and prepared to bring it down on my back for the 50th time. My body ached from the strokes that had bitten into my bare flesh and I was woozy from the pain. But when I heard the jeering roar of approval, I knew my captors would show no mercy.
As I heard the the awful sound of the cane swishing through the air once again, I passed out. And in that moment of darkness my mind drifted back to the day when the nightmare had begun.
At the time I was a naive 18 year old college student visiting Saudi Arabia. I was having a ball, but was running low on cash. I wandered into a store in the capital, Riyadh where I made the biggest mistake of life. I tried to sneak off with a bag of potato chips I hadn't paid for and the owner promptly spotted me. He called the police and the next thing I knew I was under arrest. I was thrown in a jail cell in the police station. Later on a judge sentenced me to 75 strokes of the cane for shoplifting.
The next morning I was loaded into a truck with six guards, who drove me to the market square.
To my horror, they ordered me to unbutton the back of my prison shift and bend over the back of a chair they had brought along. Two guards held my hands to keep me in position. Adding to my humiliation, hundreds of shoppers gathered around to gawk.
I looked back over my shoulder - and saw that one of the other guards had raised a long thin bamboo cane and was about to bring it down. I closed my eyes and braced myself.
There was a loud swishing sound and I felt a sharp, stinging pain across my butt, as if I had been stabbed with a knife. I winced and tears began to roll down my cheeks, but I was determined I wouldn't give the onlookers the satisfaction of hearing me scream.
One after another, the strokes whipped down across my back, thighs and buttocks in a crisscrossing pattern. And every time the cane cut into me, the crowd shouted in delight. I heard one woman cry out, "Give the infidel what she deserves!"
Finally, I couldn't hold it back. I began to howl in agony and begged for mercy - then I collapsed into unconsciousness.
When I came to hours later, I was back in my bunk in the jail cell. The backs of my thighs, my bottom and my lower back were striped with dozens of painfully swollen welts. I was released and you can bet I hopped on the first plane back to the U.S.!

In responding to a sideline report with which he disagreed, Dallas Cowboys receiver Keyshawn Johnson suggested Fox reporter Pam Oliver could use a spanking.

Johnson criticized Oliver on his Sirius satellite radio show Thursday for her report during an Oct. 24 game that he had yelled at Cowboys assistant coach Sean Payton.
Johnson vehemently denied having yelled -- so vehemently that he said, "I almost wanted to get on a plane, find where she is at, and sit her down and spank her with a ruler really, really hard, because it makes no sense.
"You don't need to make up a story."
A Cowboys spokesman said the team had no comment on the matter.
The star receiver, who was a temporary studio analyst for Fox last season after getting bounced by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, made it clear that he considered the incident a gender issue. Even before the spanking comment, Johnson noted that he had been "all for" having female reporters on the sidelines but implied that his approval diminished if they "can't get their story straight," according to a USA Today report.
Oliver stood by her report just as firmly -- if not as colorfully -- on Friday, telling The Dallas Morning News, "My job is to report what I see. I do not make stories up. ... Keyshawn is having a complete denial of reality."
When asked what she would do if Johnson tried to spank her, "I will punch him in the face," Oliver told the newspaper.
Payton isn't talking -- Cowboys assistants aren't allowed to speak with the media during the season, according to the Morning News -- but Fox stood up for its reporter.
Fox's Dan Bell told USA Today on Sunday that the network stands "110 percent" behind Oliver's report -- and that it's "highly unlikely" Fox would hire Johnson again.
So the player, who told the national newspaper he hoped everybody talked about his complaint and made Oliver feel small, may be the one who has talked himself right out of a job.

Officer Pickrom that two shirtless men in a white jeep drove by her and her

turning to the driver and smiling , the student told Officer Pickrom .

Having realised that more and more women are looking at their behinds, men are now giving their bottoms top-of-the-line treatment.
“Men want their butts to be free of unwanted hair and scars,” says Rajesh Singh of Dermatech Clinic. For every seven women, there are two men coming for butt treatment, he says.
Six months before his wedding, when Vikaspuri resident Sidhant Mehra, 29, turned up at a cosmetic surgery clinic for firming up the gluteal — muscles that form buttocks — he wasn’t doing anything unusual. “Two of my friends also underwent butt therapy,” he says. Dr Vivek Kumar, consultant in cosmetic surgery at Ganga Ram Hospital, says even 50-year-olds come to him for hip reduction, which costs around Rs 40,000 to 50,000. “But unlike women, not many men want hip implants. Not yet,” he says.
Inch loss, which includes fat reduction, toning and firming of the hips, is another sought-after therapy. The package costs around Rs 8,000. “Men also come asking for permanent hair removal from the buttocks through laser treatment,” says Seema Goel, director, Berkowits Hair and Skin Clinic. The price: Rs 20,000. Goel gets 10 to 12 men a month aged 20 and above for such treatment.
Chicken pox scars are also unacceptable. “A 38-year-old man came from Uttranchal to get these scars on his butt removed,” says Dr P.K. Talwar of Cosmetic Laser Surgery.
Singh sums it up: “Bottoms define a person’s sex appeal.”
