GOOD NEWS , THE ITEMS HAVE NOW BEEN RECEIVED !

At this stage this is a possible Ebay fraud . We have attempted to contact the seller by email and telephone . 

Today , 26 March , 2003 , we understand that the local police have visited the seller . We have received several emails from them saying that our items will be shipped today . 

Other victims can either ring the police directly or send a Email to them via our email address below .

We won a Nikon camera magazine at auction and agreed to purchase the rest of their stock for a total of $us 88 ( including postage to Australia ) . This was paid for by American Express Travellers Checks sent by air mail on 6 January , 2003 :

A search of telephone records has located a William Arthur Faulkner  aged either 46 or 71 ( possibly now deceased ) at this address , the telephone number is 
( 707 ) 823 2081 .

There is a record of Nina Lee Faulkner 42 at this address .  There also appears to be a record of a David Faulkner , but the address has been removed ( We have received emails from the seller signed " Nina and David "  ) .

At that stage , we CANNOT say that any of the above mentioned people are involved in this apparent fraud .
